EARN $28-35 PER HOUR + TIPS
- Flat rate pay per house (typically 2-4 hours per home)
- Weekly direct deposit payments
- Performance-based pay increases and bonuses
- Keep 100% of client tips
FLEXIBLE SCHEDULING
- Set your own availability - we work around YOUR schedule
- Part-time (10-20 hours/week) or full-time opportunities available once settled working together
- No mandatory weekends or holidays
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Provide exceptional residential cleaning services (dusting, vacuuming, mopping, kitchen/bathroom cleaning)
- Follow detailed cleaning checklists to ensure consistency
- Maintain professional relationships with clients
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
- Minimum 2 years professional cleaning experience (residential preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and pride in quality work
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Own reliable transportation and valid driver's license
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Must pass background check
