MaidThat Cleaning is looking for reliable individual cleaners for residential cleaning jobs throughout Bismarck, Mandan, and Lincoln.
We provide the clients and handle the scheduling — you focus on cleaning and providing great service.
What We Offer
Typically $30–$35 per cleaning hour
100% of client tips
Paid every Friday via direct deposit
Flexible weekday scheduling
Consistent cleaning opportunities
Opportunities for increased pay and first pick of available jobs
How Pay Works
Standard and deep cleans are paid per job based on estimated time. Finish early while meeting quality standards, and you still receive the full pay.
Example: A 4-hour job pays $120. Finish in 3.5 hours and you still earn $120 — about $34/hour.
Move-in/move-out, post-construction, and hourly cleans pay $30/hour.
What We're Looking For
Cleaning experience preferred
Reliable transportation
Dependable and professional
Strong attention to detail
Able to work independently and efficiently
Availability Monday–Friday between 8 AM–6 PM
Must be 18+
We prioritize two-person teams, so if you have someone you can clean with, apply together!
