Residential Cleaner
We are looking for a reliable, hard-working Residential Cleaner to join our team. No prior cleaning experience is required—we provide full paid training! Your primary responsibilities will include cleaning homes to high standards, maintaining cleaning equipment, and ensuring excellent client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform general residential cleaning tasks, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, sweeping, sanitizing bathrooms, and cleaning kitchen surfaces.
Ensure all cleaning equipment is kept in good working order and company vehicles remain stocked with necessary supplies.
Appropriately clean up after each job to ensure no residue, trash, or dirt is left behind.
Follow all company safety protocols and product usage guidelines.
Communicate politely and professionally with homeowners and team members.
Requirements:
High school diploma or GED equivalent.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to job sites.
Ability to lift up to 35 lbs, stand, bend, and perform physical work throughout the shift.
Strong attention to detail and good time-management skills.
Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to pass a standard background check.
