Janitorial Area Supervisor - Centralia

We are seeking a dependable, self-motivated individual to serve as a supervisor for the Centralia region.
The successful candidate will be someone who is able to work independently with minimal direct supervision, lead and support employees, solve problems, maintain quality standards, and help ensure assigned client locations are properly staffed and serviced.
This is a hands-on position. Supervisors may be assigned regular cleaning duties at select locations while also assisting with call-off coverage, employee training, inspections, quality control, supplies, and day-to-day operational needs throughout their assigned area.
The tasks required may include general cleaning; covering open or call-off shifts; conducting walkthroughs and inspections; supporting and training employees; communicating concerns to management; monitoring account quality; assisting with staffing needs; delivering supplies; and helping ensure Garner Cleaning Service standards are maintained at each assigned location.
Specific duties may vary depending on the needs of each client location and the assigned service area.
$19.00 - $22.00 per hour
Path to Promotion:
Cleaning Technician I → Cleaning Technician II → Senior Cleaning Technician → Supervisor → Manager
Benefits:
Paid Time Off: After 90 days, earn 1 hour for every 40 hours worked.
Training: Garner Cleaning Service will provide training on company guidelines, procedures, leadership expectations, account standards, chemicals, equipment, inspections, and other duties related to the position.
Other Requirements:
Transportation: Successful candidates must have a reliable vehicle and be able to travel between assigned job sites within their service area. Applicants must also have a valid driver's license.
Availability: This position requires flexibility to assist with staffing coverage and operational needs as they arise.
