Job Description: • Be the first point of contact for all future clients and team members. So you must be good on the phone. • Sales and Schedule all new clients • Follow up on all leads • Input Client data into all software systems that we use. • Daily interaction with current client – future clients and our Rockstar Cleaning Techs • Follow up with clients after their cleaning. • Meet and exceed sales goals! • Follow up with quality concerns and notify OM. • Follow all Company Procedures/Processes Job Requirements • Proficient in Microsoft office (Excell, Word, PowerPoint) • Must have 2 years Sales experience. • Upbeat and helpful phone presence • Helpful: Experience with Infusionsoft/Keap • Helpful: Experience with Jobber (CRM) • Helpful: Experience with Sales in the house cleaning industry Report to: Owner/Office Manager
