Job Description:
As a Residential Cleaner you are at the front line of who we are and what we do as a company. Whether working alone or on a crew, you arrive ready to improve our client’s homes: dusting, vacuuming, mopping, pulling the trash, disinfecting surfaces, you are the kind of person who gets great satisfaction from checking tasks off while physically seeing what you've accomplished. You always keep your equipment organized and in good working order and carry all the necessary cleaning products and supplies to complete each job. We have a reputation for quality work, and you take pride in your contribution to exceeding our customers' expectations!
Cleango has several openings for experienced, reliable residential cleaners. We are seeking candidates with an excellent track record of cleaning service and superior customer service experience. Our company serves a large number of neighborhoods and cities in the US and we offer a wide range of packages and cleaning services to our clients. As such, the workload is always subject to change. However we do have consistent work available for the ideal applicant. Additionally we provide a highly competitive pay rate.
We only work Monday through Friday. You can choose services beginning at 8AM-11AM or 2PM.
Requirements
At least 6 months paid experience cleaning occupied houses (children, pets, elderly, etc.)
Clear understanding about the differences between General and Deep cleanings as well as Move ins/outs and post construction services
Ideally with experience cleaning Airbnb's/temporal accommodations
Already living in the USA and with the Right to Work (ITIN or SSN number)
Ability to commit to scheduled work times, mainly Monday through Friday
Current driving license, own reliable transportation plus cleaning materials and tools
Smartphone with good internet connection
You can clean on your own or with a team
Basic English proficiency
Pay
We pay weekly via PayPal or Melio. We pay per service and not per hour. Each service will take into account the size of the house, the type of cleaning, the frequency and, any extras that the client may want to add.
