On Deck Cleaning Co. is seeking a dedicated and dynamic Field Manager / Assistant to join our team.

This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of our field services, maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with excellent leadership and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:
Staff Supervision: Oversee and support all field staff, ensuring adherence to company standards and protocols.
Quality Assurance: Conduct daily quality checks to maintain and enhance service quality. Address any deviations from standards promptly.
Customer Service: Efficiently handle customer complaints and manage client lockouts, ensuring issues are resolved to the customer's satisfaction.
Operational Support: Manage laundry operations, prepare cleaning caddies and cloths for the week, and maintain and clean vacuums to ensure operational readiness.
Supply Management: Order and manage cleaning supplies inventory, ensuring all teams are well-equipped.
Vehicle Maintenance: Oversee the maintenance and cleanliness of company vehicles as needed.
Employee Engagement: Manage recognition programs, celebrations, and the Kudos Board to maintain a positive and motivating work environment.
Communication: Conduct weekly meetings with team leads and trainers, bi-weekly meetings with all field staff, and regular meetings with the office manager to ensure alignment and address any operational issues.
Backup Support: Provide backup cleaning ($22-$28/hr with tips for this task) and laundry services as needed to ensure consistent service delivery.
Training new techs when needed: $25/hr
Administrative Duties: Assist with answering phones, data entry, supply pickups, and other related tasks as required.

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Flexibility to work different shifts, 8:15am/8:30am-2:30pm or 8:15/8:30am - 4:00pm, M-F. Saturdays available and optional.
