Service Plumber Full Time - Calgary Area



Clearview Services is currently seeking a skilled Service Plumber to join our Plumbing Service team in the Calgary Area.

This is a full-time position with work hours from Monday to Friday, or Tuesday to Saturday and rotating Sundays as required. Our Licensed Service Plumbers are equipped with take-home vehicles, and our technicians are issued with a company tablet.

The ideal candidate for this position will have a deep understanding of residential plumbing systems and be able to diagnose and repair a wide range of issues. They should be passionate about their craft and take pride in providing exceptional customer service.

In addition to technical expertise, the ideal candidate should also possess strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor. Our customers rely on us to provide timely solutions to their plumbing problems, so it's important that our plumbers are able to clearly explain issues and recommended repairs.

We're looking for someone who is detail-oriented and takes pride in their work. The right candidate will have a track record of completing jobs efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality.

Primary Responsibilities


  • Complete plumbing, drain cleaning, and other related in-home service calls.

  • Establish customer rapport to sell the right products and services.

  • Educate and assist customers in choosing the best finance options and maintenance plans.

  • Understand sales criteria and exceed revenue goals.

  • Present yourself as professional and knowledgeable to win new referrals and repeat business.

  • Collaborate with customer service representatives and dispatch team members to ensure overall success of the business.

  • Maintain a clean, organized job site and well-inventoried truck.

  • Actively participate in all training exercises, morning meetings, and retreats.

  • Train and mentor apprentices to ensure quick and accurate repairs and installations.

  • Possess basic hand tools.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Attention to detail is a must.

  • Ability to multi-task and work independently while contributing to the overall success of the team.

  • Must pass a pre-employment drug screen.

  • Willingness to submit to a criminal background check.
