Are you searching for a part-time job with flexible hours, a supportive team environment, and room to grow? Brilliant Results Cleaning is expanding our Commercial Cleaning Division, and we’re looking for detail-oriented, hardworking individuals who take pride in creating clean, professional environments.
Whether you're experienced or just starting out, we offer comprehensive training and real opportunities for advancement—including full-time potential. Our clients include banks, law offices, real estate firms, and office buildings, so you'll be helping keep high-end commercial spaces looking their best.
What You'll Be Doing
- Vacuuming and mopping floors and stairwells
- Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms
- Emptying trash and replacing liners
- Dusting desks, furniture, and office areas
What We Offer
- $16–$18/hr
- Weekly pay
- Paid Time Off from day one
- 401(k) with company match (eligible after 90 days)
- Mileage reimbursement
- Holiday pay & sick days (full-time employees)
- Performance reviews at 30 and 90 days
- Supervisor roles available at $19–$20/hr
When You'll Work
- Weeknights: 5:00 PM – 11:30 PM (Mon–Fri)
- Weekends: 6:00 AM – 11:30 PM (Sat–Sun)
- Overnights: 10pm-5am (Mon-Sun)
- Part-time: 10–20 hours/week to start
- Potential to grow into full-time after 90 days
How We Work
We use easy-to-navigate mobile software for:
- Clocking in and out
- Reading cleaning instructions
- Navigating to jobs
- Tracking progress
You may clean multiple small locations per night or focus on one larger site. Every shift is a little different—but always rewarding.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Friendly, positive attitude
- Ability to lift 30 lbs., bend, kneel, push/pull
- Driver’s license, vehicle, and insurance
- Availability for evenings and weekends
