Job Summary:
The Commercial Cleaning Supervisor oversees daily cleaning operations for commercial clients, ensures quality standards are met, and manages cleaning staff. This role requires leadership, strong organizational skills, and the ability to maintain client satisfaction.
Responsibilities:

Supervise and schedule cleaning staff for commercial sites.

Conduct inspections to ensure cleaning meets company and client standards.

Train and mentor new employees on cleaning procedures and safety protocols.

Address client concerns promptly and professionally.

Manage supply inventory and ensure staff have proper equipment and materials.

Enforce company policies and safety guidelines.

Maintain documentation including staff schedules, cleaning checklists, and incident reports.
Requirements:

Minimum 3–5 years of commercial cleaning experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, supplies, and equipment.

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Ability to travel to multiple job sites.

Reliable transportation.
-
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Preferred:

Experience with janitorial software or scheduling tools.

Certification in cleaning or safety standards.
