Professional House Cleaners – Charlotte - (Fill Your Schedule & Grow Your Business)
The Opportunity
Are you a skilled self-employed cleaner or running your own business but have gaps in your weekly schedule? Sweetfern Cleaning is looking for experienced, insured independent contractors to handle residential cleans in the Charlotte area, currently the southeastern quadrant (Matthews, Mint Hill, Indian Trail, and surrounding areas).

Total Flexibility: You are an independent business owner. You choose which jobs to accept based on your own availability.
Seamless Payments: Bi-weekly ACH direct deposit. We also implement systems to maximize and pass through 100% of your tips.
The Details
Pay: Paid per job at a negotiated rate. Partners typically earn the equivalent of $30–$45/hour.
Schedule: Primarily Mon–Fri, 9am–5pm. You set your own availability.
Location: Service area includes Charlotte, Matthews, Mint Hill, and Starmount.
Requirements
Experience: Minimum 3+ years of professional residential cleaning. You must be able to hit the ground running with zero training.
Legal/Insurance: Must have (or be willing to obtain) General Liability and Workers Comp insurance.
Vetting: Must be 21+, authorized to work in the US, pass a background check (no theft, violence, or fraud), and speak/read fluent English.
Equipment: You provide your own reliable vehicle, smartphone, professional supplies, and equipment.
Reliability: Once you accept a work order, 100% follow-through is required.
