Assist Field Technicians with daily job roles and responsibilities
· Conduct regular Field Checks to maintain quality of the ongoing maintenance cleanings
· Assist Field Technicians with cleanings when needed and appropriate, fill in as a tech on houses when the regularly scheduled tech is out of work
· Quickly respond to phone calls or texts from both techs and office staff
Maintain product stock and organization in the supply room
· Take trips to local stores to purchase bleach, vacuum parts, etc.
· Refill cleaning solutions, organize supply room shelving so that product is available when technicians need it
· Notify either Scott or Missy when we are low on products that come via delivery BEFORE we run out
· Routinely check PO Box
· Print/fill out paperwork when needed, keep copies of hiring paperwork ready and organized etc.
· Purchase snacks/ breakfast food when needed
• Keep the office neat, clean and organized
• Coordinate with other office staff to facilitate scheduling and completion of scheduled work
• 6 months experience within our company as a full-time cleaning technician
• A strong ability to maintain a positive attitude and remain patient when things do not go as planned – this position is often unpredictable.
• A high level of reliability; this position requires absolute consistency of availability (8AM to End of Day)
• Ability to perform minor service on equipment, ie. use of screwdriver or similar tool for basic vacuum maintenance: ie. reattaching hoses, replacing belts and brush rolls, checking for clogs, remove foreign debris from fan blades etc.
• Ability to learn Maid Central Software desktop platform.
Pay is a $500/week base salary + commission. Any time spent cleaning as a technician pays the normal 3 Tier Commission in addition to the base salary.
2 Weeks PTO @ $650 per week or prorated accordingly.
Yearly reimbursement for snow tires (cost of tires and install)- bring the receipts and we will reimburse.
This position pays approximately $40,000 gross pay per year.
