Acco Cleaning Service is seeking a motivated, relationship-driven Sales Team Member to grow our Residential, Short-Term Rental (Airbnb/Vacation Rental), and Commercial cleaning accounts. This role is responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, presenting service solutions, closing contracts, and helping expand recurring revenue.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys networking, sales, business development, and helping clients maintain clean, professional spaces.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and generate new leads through networking, cold outreach, referrals, social media, community events, and local partnerships
• Sell recurring and one-time cleaning services for:
  • Residential homes
  • Short-term rental properties (Airbnb, vacation rentals)
  • Commercial offices and facilities
• Conduct consultations and identify customer cleaning needs
• Prepare and present service proposals and pricing packages
• Follow up on inquiries and maintain communication with prospects
• Meet weekly and monthly sales goals
• Build relationships with property managers, realtors, business owners, and homeowners
• Update customer interactions in CRM/software
• Collaborate with operations to ensure smooth onboarding of new accounts
• Represent Acco Cleaning Service professionally in the community

Qualifications

• Sales, customer service, or business development experience preferred
• Cleaning industry experience is a plus but not required
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Comfortable making outbound calls and networking
• Organized and self-motivated
• Reliable transportation preferred
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus

Compensation Example (customize as needed)

• 15% commission on initial cleaning contracts
• 10% residual commission on qualifying recurring accounts
• Bonus opportunities for performance milestones
