Summary of "Field Leader" Responsibilities:
Leads a team of cleaning techs on Initial and one-time cleanings; trains new cleaning techs on new and recurring cleanings, as well as provides additional training to current cleaning techs on an as needed basis. The field leader is in charge of ensuring that their own cleaning, as well as other techs are meeting expectations and are working efficiently and effectively by following HHCChi techniques and policies. The field leader is also responsible for overseeing and maintaining the inventories of cleaning supplies and equipment as needed.


Summary of "Cleaning Technician" Responsibilities:

-Clean two to three residents on avg per day as stipulated in work orders
-Maintain a 4-star and above customer satisfaction rating
-Keep safe all private/confidential customer information and property
-Bend, kneel, squat, stand all day, five days a week
-Lift up to 20 lbs 
-Provide good customer service (greet clients with a smile, speak confidently, etc)
-Represent the company in a professional manner
-Use all products/tools in a safe manner as learned in training
-Wash/clean own cleaning tools and supplies


Qualifications:

-High school diploma or equivalent required

-Strong written and oral communication skills

-Demonstrates strong leadership abilities

-Ability to train staff on company policies as well as on their job responsibilities

-Ability to motivate staff to provide quality service

-Sound critical thinking and problem-solving skills

-Demonstrates strong time and priority management skills

-Ability to physically work in fast paced environment

-Must have excellent attention to detail and the ability to concisely follow management direction

-Ability to identify hazards and report to management

-Ability to navigate various required apps on smartphone

-Desire to play a key role in an early-stage startup company

Requirements:

-Have a valid driver’s license
