LOOKING FOR: ProfessionalHouse Cleaners; 1099 Contractors Only
PAY: $20 - $25 hr.+ on avg. (Depending on Cleaning Speed; We offer Flat Rate Cleaning Fees)
LOCATION: Charleston, SC & Surrounding Areas
SHIFT: Flexible Between 8 am - 4 pm
HOURS: Part-Time; Contract

Duties:
- Clean residential houses, Airbnb, Vacation rental homes, and staged homes
- Clean kitchen, living room, dining room, dusting, mopping, sweeping, etc.
- Do an assessment prior to cleaning to set the client's expectation
- Must be able to work independently and work smart
Requirements:
- Paid, Professional House Cleaning Experience
- Reliable Transportation
- Your own Cleaning Supplies & Equipment
- Smart Phone
- Able to receive payment electronically
- Background check

Do I work alone or on a team?
Cleaning jobs are mainly performed "solo" or by one technician.
In the event of larger jobs, you'll be assigned to a team. You must have your car to carry cleaning supplies and mobilize to the work sites..
How do I check my schedule?
We use a scheduling app on our phones, where you can easily pull up your daily schedule
How do I get paid?
We pay using direct deposit to your bank account. In addition, we use a digital payroll system where you can see your weekly payment and pay stubs.
