• Answering incoming customer phone calls from the comfort of your own home.
• Assisting with customer scheduling, cancellations, and estimates.
• Taking customer’s credit card information over the phone.
• Managing the daily schedule and filling available slots as needed.
• Ensuring that our cleaning teams are arriving at houses during the correct time window.
• Managing team communications and chats to keep everyone informed.
• Assisting with special customer requests and damage reports.
• Preparing thank you cards and gifts for our first time customers.
• Sending important text/email reminders to customers.
A typical work day will start at 7:00-7:30am and will end at 4:00-4:30pm. Monday thru Friday.
