What You’ll Do
You will be responsible for professionally cleaning our clients’ homes, including:

Cleaning, vacuuming, dusting, mopping, washing, and sanitizing all areas

Organizing and maintaining high-quality cleaning standards

Providing excellent customer service in every home
Work is performed solo and in teams, depending on the size of the job.
Pay & Growth

Starting pay: $18.88/hour for Cleaning Technicians

Paid drive time between homes (a major perk in this industry!)

Weekly tips from clients
-
Weekly pay every Friday via ACH (direct deposit)

This is a W-2 position — no need to worry about taxes
New hires begin in our Cleaning Technician Apprentice Program:

$17/hour, including paid drive time

Approximately 2 weeks of paid, hands-on training
-
Learn through repetition and real-world experience while assisting a trainer

Designed to prepare you to confidently work solo
Most team members start at 15–20 hours per week and grow steadily based on performance, attendance, and reliability.

Independent, self-motivated, and dependable

Comfortable with physical work and standing 6–8 hours
