Assistant Team Leader Job Description
Compensation:
-$18 per hour
-Paid Drive Time
-Mileage Reimbursement (0.67 cents per mile) for personal vehicle use
-Paid time off after 120 days
Schedule: 5pm-10pm or job complete
25-30 hrs per week potential for more
This position will require the candidate to start in office in Greenville, MI depending on schedule.

As an Assistant Team Leader, you would be responsible for supporting our operations team and supporting team members in the execution of their duties. These tasks include:
Ensure that supply delivery and quality control are being completed in a timely manner
Collaborate with the operations team in relaying performance feedback to team members
Develop positive working relationships with the operations team and team members
Respected by our Clients
As an Assistant Team Leader, it would be your responsibility to develop and maintain a positive relationship with all the clients located in your region. This is done through:
Serving with an above and beyond mentality while you are conducting operations in client accounts
Making sure the operations team is notified any time client-provided supplies are needed

About Bluebird Cleaning
Bluebird Cleaning was founded by Jacki and Adam Duram in June 2022. Bluebird Cleaning provides cleaning and janitorial services for homes and commercial spaces in Kent, Montcalm and Ionia Counties in Michigan. We are locally owned and operated and based out of Greenville, MI.

Assistant Team Leader Role and Responsibilities
Assistant Team Leaders are ultimately responsible for the following:
Maintaining and investing in operational team relations and communication
Maintaining and investing in team member relations and communication
Training and developing new and existing team members
Reviewing team members’ performance on a consistent basis
Completing regularly scheduled and consistent quality control visits
Maintaining account cleaning standards and cleaning supply levels
Monitoring client-provided supply levels
Starting and onboarding new client accounts
Filling sub shifts and vacant shifts
Managing account keys and other assigned account assets
Delivering emergency supplies and replacing broken cleaning instruments in a timely manner
Tasks Assistant Team Leaders are expected to fulfill on a per shift basis:
Review and fill outstanding supply requests
Maintaining swift communication with, management, and team members
Complete quality control check-ins and corresponding inspection reports
Complete any assigned sub shifts and/or open shifts and/or call out shifts
Report exchanges of company keys and other company assets
Daily Schedule Requirements:
Respond to any communication from Bluebird leadership within a thirty-minute window
Quality control inspection reports are to be completed and submitted same day following the applicable shift
All trainings, quality control visits, supply deliveries, and all other visits to accounts must be completed and QC forms filled out.
Must accurately sign into and out of Service Autopilot for all assigned responsibilities
