We are
looking for responsible and detail-oriented Room Attendants to work in the
Housekeeping department. The mission of the position is to ensure that
assigned rooms and areas are kept clean, tidy, and in perfect condition,
providing a comfortable and pleasant experience for guests.
Main responsibilities:
- Clean and
tidy rooms in accordance with hotel standards.
- Make beds,
change sheets, and replenish linens according to occupancy.
- Clean
bathrooms, toilets, showers, sinks, mirrors, and floors.
- Vacuum
carpets and clean floors in rooms, hallways, and assigned areas.
- Restock
bathroom amenities, coffee, towels, toilet paper, and other supplies.
- Check the
overall condition of the room and report any damage or necessary maintenance.
- Ensure that
all work areas meet standards of cleanliness, order, and safety.
- Properly
handle cleaning chemicals following established protocols.
- Respect and
protect guests' personal belongings.
- Report
forgotten items following the lost and found procedure.
- Meet the
standard cleaning time per assigned room.
- Assist in
cleaning hallways, common areas, and service rooms when required.
- Follow
hotel policies regarding personal appearance, punctuality, and attendance.
