Job Description:
The Night Supervisor at Moreno & Associates plays a crucial role in upholding our stringent quality standards while overseeing night operations. This position focuses on efficiency, assisting in the administration of our Operations and Safety programs, and ensuring top-notch janitorial and facility services across single or multiple sites.
The list of duties and responsibilities is not all-inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties and responsibilities, as management may deem necessary.
Conduct nightly rounds to ensure compliance with quality standards.
Address service requests promptly.
Foster a culture of safety and promptness among team members.
Provide superior client customer service and satisfaction.
Collaborate with the Operations Manager and other Supervisors on all operational activities.
Ensure staff compliance with contracts and scope of work for each site.
Review and follow up on daily service requests with the Operations Manager.
Conduct monthly safety meetings and operational training for custodial staff.
Schedule and assist with safety inspections.
Communicate regularly with upper management regarding operations.
Conduct site tours with the Operations Manager and other Supervisors.
Attend operational meetings as required.
Supervise and maintain equipment inventory and upkeep.
Partner with HR to ensure qualified talent is hired and positions are filled.
Assist with product ordering as needed.
Perform duties necessary for unique jobs or utility work requested by accounts.
Conduct and document on-the-job employee training.
Communicate and partner with HR on workers' compensation matters.
Ensure compliance with quality service guidelines and coach staff on issues.
Complete work promptly, accurately, and thoroughly with attention to detail.
Other related duties as assigned.
2-3 years of relevant work experience.
Must be 18 years of age.
Bilingual (English and Spanish) preferred.
Clean driving record and valid Driver's License.
Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Outlook.
Ability to lift and move up to 25 lbs.
