West Hartford Cleaning Services is a residential cleaning service for customers across West Hartford, CT. Our mission is to help our clients create time to enjoy essential things in life while we care for and keep their homes clean. We are also a proud partner providing FREE cleaning services to cancer patients in the local area through the non-profit Cleaning For a Reason.

DETAILS ABOUT THE JOB:
Full-time Monday-Friday 8 am - 5 pm (with optional opportunities for weekend work if desired)
Service area: West Hartford and great area
In-person cleaning work (primarily residential, some offices + commercial locations)
Products are company-provided
Daily jobs, instructions/details, directions, and schedule provided via phone
1-3 weeks of paid training
Positive Work Environment
Performance-based Incentives (incl. bonuses and company-provided tips)
Paid Time Off (2.5 days for every six months of full-time work + your birthday)
Weekly payroll
Competitive Pay (average $600-$800 per week)
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:
We are looking for responsible, reliable, self-motivated individuals who want to form part of a great team. The ideal candidate would be energetic, detail-oriented, motivated, and able to work independently or in a group. Cleaning technicians must:
Be able to lift 25 pounds and stand, bend, kneel, push, pull, and perform various cleaning tasks.
Speak Spanish, English or/and Portuguese
Do regular, deep cleaning, move in and move out in inhabited or new houses
Perform basic housekeeping duties, such as vacuuming, dusting, mopping, and cleaning bathrooms
Create a clean and healthy environment for clients and their families
Offer excellent customer service
Have good communication with the office
Have a valid driver's license.
Have your own transport vehicle, not borrowed or shared during working hours.
Have a mobile phone with a data package.
