Position Overview
The Remote Administrative Assistant will provide administrative and organizational support to attorneys and staff. Responsibilities will include calendar management, scheduling, correspondence, document organization, data entry, client communication, file management, and general administrative support.
The successful candidate will be detail-oriented, professional, dependable, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment while maintaining strong communication with the team.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage calendars, appointments, meetings, and scheduling.
  • Coordinate meetings and maintain accurate scheduling information.
  • Respond to emails and routine correspondence professionally.
  • Provide administrative support to attorneys and staff.
  • Organize and maintain electronic files and documents.
  • Prepare, format, edit, and proofread documents and correspondence.
  • Enter and update information accurately in databases and internal systems.
  • Assist with client communications and administrative follow-up.
  • Answer routine phone calls and inquiries when required.
  • Track assignments, deadlines, and follow-up items.
  • Assist with reports, spreadsheets, and administrative projects.
  • Maintain organized records and documentation.
  • Coordinate information between team members when needed.
  • Assist with routine office and administrative procedures.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality when handling client and company information.
  • Follow established procedures and organizational standards.
  • Perform other administrative duties and special projects as assigned.

  • Previous administrative, office, customer service, or related experience preferred.

Hours: Approximately 40 hours per week
Schedule: Standard business hours, with specific hours determined during the hiring process
