We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented, and trustworthy House Cleaner/Housekeeper to join our team. You will play a crucial role in maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming environment in our clients' homes. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and the ability to work independently while maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and professionalism.
Responsibilities
Perform a variety of cleaning tasks, including dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, and polishing.Clean bathrooms, kitchens, living areas, bedrooms, and other rooms as required.Ensure all rooms are cared for and inspected according to standards.Perform laundry duties, including washing, drying, folding, and ironing clothes or linens.Make beds, change linens, and replenish toiletries and supplies as needed.Report any damages, maintenance issues, or necessary repairs to the supervisor or client.Respond to special requests or additional tasks as needed by the client.Respect and maintain the privacy and confidentiality of clients at all times.Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences.At our business, success means creating a work environment where everyone can flourish.

Salary Range: $25-$35 per hour on average we pay (flat-rate)
Position: 1099 employee
Shift: Daytime, Afternoon, Evenings Typically 8 am-9 pm
Hours: Part Time or Full Time, if desired based on customer demand

Do I work alone or on a team?
Cleaning jobs are mainly performed "solo" or by one technician.
In the event of larger jobs, you'll be assigned to a team. You must have your car to carry cleaning supplies and mobilize to the work sites.
The teams are dispatched directly from our office or your home to customer locations.
How do I check my schedule?
We use a scheduling app on our phones, where you can easily pull up your daily schedule.
How do I get paid?
We pay using Gusto by direct depositing the money into your bank account.
Job requirements:
- Previous experience in paid cleaning/housekeeping or a related field is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to perform tasks thoroughly.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong sense of responsibility.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good physical stamina and ability to perform repetitive tasks.
- Positive attitude, friendly demeanor, and customer-focused approach.
- Must have a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and car insurance.
- Must dress professionally; no hoodies, hair bonnets, ripped pants, ripped jeans, or t-shirts with explicit language.
- Ability to pass a background check
- Have General Liability Coverage in case you break something in the client's home or someone gets hurt. Example (slip on a wet floor)
