House Cleaning Technician Job

Our incredible people are our greatest asset!

About Maids on a Mission:

As a people-first company, we’re all about building relationships and investing in our people. We know a happy and motivated team is the key to success, which is why we’ve created a positive and supportive environment that prioritizes our employees’ well-being and growth.

We are looking for residential house cleaners, 85% of the homes you clean will be homes that you visit on a regular basis.

At Maids on a Mission, our team-driven approach, dedication to serve our community, and commitment to safety and philanthropy have been the blueprint for our success.

Who We Are:

  • We do one thing and we do it really well and that is residential cleaning. Unlike most companies that do both commercial and residential cleaning.

  • Honesty above all else. Leading with integrity trickles down and allows us to accomplish every aspect of our mission.

  • Our employees know that they represent the company, so they take pride in continuing our heritage of 5 Star service.

  • You’re a part of our journey. We share our goals with you, explaining how meeting those goals will benefit you, and we value your input in this journey.

  • Our employees are creative, independent and problem solvers which leads to efficient and effective service for our customers.

  • Your safety is a priority, and we never ask our employees to use unsafe products or do anything that puts them at risk.

  • We believe in giving back to the community and aim to be of service to others.

  • You’ll have access to resources that help you reach your personal and professional goals.

  • Perfection isn’t expected. Nobody’s perfect and you don’t need to fear failure. We can’t grow without failure, because we learn from it and move forward.

“We can teach someone to clean, but we can't teach them to be a good person.”

We hire based on character and integrity, not prior experience. Our customers know they can confidently rely on us because everyone on our team embodies the same high-level of service.

To that end, we’re growing our team to include individuals who take pride in consistently delivering exemplary service and are fulfilled by making a positive impact for others.
