House Cleaner
Job Position: House Cleaning Technician
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cleaning Technician to join our team. As a Cleaning Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of cleanliness and sanitation in Residential Homes.
Your attention to detail and ability to work independently will be essential in maintaining our high standards of cleanliness.
The ideal candidate should possess excellent time management skills, a strong focus on customer service, and the ability to communicate effectively.
Responsibilities:
✅Clean all areas of the residence, including floors, walls, windows, doors, and surface
✅Perform cleaning duties such as wiping, dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming
✅Handle heavy lifting of equipment and furniture as needed (up to 25 lbs)
✅Follow established procedures for Residential Cleaning to meet quality standards
✅Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure efficient operations
✅Work independently with minimal supervision
Requirements:
✅ Valid Driver’s License
✅Reliable Vehicle
✅Automobile Insurance
✅Speak, read, and write English
✅ Smartphone with Internet Access (data)
✅Criminal Record Check (must be bondable)
✅Background Check
✅Attention to detail and ability to work independently
✅Ability to communicate effectively with management and other team members
Schedule
✅Must be able to work Monday – Friday between the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. (expected to work 20-40 hours per week, hours may vary)
