Eco-Friendly Cleaning Technician
Do you take pride in doing a job really, really well?
Do you like the satisfaction of walking into a home that needs some love and leaving it looking and feeling amazing?
Are you dependable, comfortable working independently, and looking for a job where your hard work is noticed and appreciated?
Earth Home Eco-Cleaning is looking for Residential Cleaning Technicians to join our team for the long term.
We've been serving the Boise area for 16 years, and we're a small, established company that believes taking care of our employees is just as important as taking care of our clients.
We're looking for people who want more than just a paycheck. We want team members who take ownership of their work, communicate well, show up when they say they will, and care about doing things right.
What You'll Do
As a Cleaning Technician, you'll visit residential homes throughout the Boise area and provide professional, detailed cleaning using our 100% plant-based cleaning products.
You'll:
- Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas and more
- Follow our proven cleaning systems and checklists
- Work independently and with other team members
- Communicate professionally with clients and your team
- Care for and properly use company-provided equipment
- Travel between homes using your own reliable vehicle
- Take pride in leaving each home better than you found it
Don't have professional cleaning experience? That's okay.
We provide the equipment, supplies, training, and systems you'll need to learn the job. What we can't teach as easily is reliability, a good attitude, attention to detail, and pride in your work.
Why Work With Earth Home?

- 40 hours of accrued PTO in Year 1
- 80 hours of accrued PTO in Year 2
We reward reliability and performance
- Weekly Performance Pay Bonus of $25–$50 for showing up on time for your scheduled shifts
- $50 training bonus for completing our training videos before your first day
- Mileage reimbursement at $0.45/mile
- Weekly laundry reimbursement
- Free TeleDoc health coverage
- 40% off YMCA membership
And yes, we really do have monthly breakfast meetings. Because apparently meetings are better when there's bacon.
What Makes Earth Home Different?
We're a small, established company, and that matters.
You're not just a number on a schedule. We know our employees, we care about how they're doing, and we want people who are interested in building something with us for the long term.
We also care about the work we're doing.
We use 100% plant-based cleaning products. No greenwashing.
We clean beautiful homes. You may accidentally leave with some serious decorating inspiration.
There are usually dogs and cats involved. This is a job perk we refuse to quantify.
We're a Cleaning for a Reason partner. Through this national nonprofit, we provide free house cleanings to people going through chemotherapy. It's one of the ways we get to make our work mean something beyond cleaning houses.
You Might Be a Great Fit If...
You're someone who:
- Shows up when you say you will
- Takes responsibility for your work
- Notices the little things
- Can follow a system while still thinking for yourself
- Is comfortable working independently
- Communicates when you have a question or need help
- Can give and receive feedback
- Treats clients' homes and belongings with respect
- Likes staying busy and seeing the results of your work
- Wants to be part of a team rather than just clock in and clock out
Professional cleaning experience is a bonus, but it's not required.
We're much more interested in who you are, how you work, and whether you're someone we can count on.

- Must have a reliable, smoke-free vehicle with current auto insurance
- Must be comfortable driving throughout the Boise area

If that sounds like you, apply and tell us a little about yourself.
We can't wait to meet you!
