Job Summary:
We are seeking determined and compassionate individuals to contribute to the cleanliness and well-being of our clients' homes. This role is perfect for someone who is determined, detail-oriented, takes pride in their work, and is dedicated to providing exceptional cleaning services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform cleaning tasks with attention to detail and in accordance with company standards.
- Ensure excellent customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries and delivering high-quality cleaning services.
- Work collaboratively with the team to coordinate cleaning schedules and operational tasks.
- Embrace the responsibility of maintaining a clean and healthy environment for our clients.
Benefits and Perks:
- Stable hours between 9 am and 5 pm
- No nights or weekends
- Earn performance-based pay which includes percentage of the job, bonuses, tips and earned paid days off.
- Earn weekly attendance bonus just for showing up to work on time!
- Earn between $18 to $35/hr. Full time employees average $600 to $950/week while averaging $21.00/hr. Only come to the office once a week after training! Guaranteed $15/hr min when you start.

- Maintain the ability to work in a fast-paced and physically active work environment

- Possess strong communication skills and be comfortable engaging with clients and pets.

You MUST Meet All Of These Qualifications:
- You MUST be at least 18 years of age or older.
- You must have a reliable, SMOKE-FREE vehicle WITH car insurance.
- Pass a drug and background check
- We supply the equipment, but you need to have the space at home to store it and wash towel laundry.
- You'll be using your phone a lot to see schedules and important work communications. Which means you need a reliable cell phone WITH storage to download the appropriate apps.
- Since you'll be driving around, you'll need a valid Driver's License and great driving record!
- We will be doing a background check and drug screen. We need you to pass those.
- You'll need to be able to perform strenuous physical tasks. (Is your New Year's Resolution to get more fit? Cleaning will definitely help with that.)
