Summary/Objective:
Sally’s Maid Service, LLC is excited to announce the job opening for a Scheduling and Sales Administrator. The ideal candidate will be the main contact point for Scheduling, booking clients, and assisting with Sales. The Scheduler and Sales Administrator. will organize the workflow of cleaning appointments for new and repeat customers by collecting customer information, cleaning time preferences, and managing assignments. The Scheduling and Sales Administrator will develop, coordinate, oversee, and communicate the cleaning technicians’ work schedules to fit the needs of our customers. The Scheduling and Sales Administrator will offer our customers the highest level of customer service by ensuring their scheduling requests, changes, and preferences are documented and cheerfully accommodated. The Scheduling and Sales Administrator will excitingly seek and follow up on potential leads and will strive to meet sales quotas to increase the client pool of Sally’s Maid Service, LLC.
FLSA Classification: Full-Time / At-Will / Exempt Reports to: Owner/ CEO
Annual Salary: 35,650 - $36,000 Benefits: PTO/ Health Insurance/401 k
Plus Sales Commission: Based on a point system per repeat client and frequency.
Required Education and Experience:
High School Diploma or GED
Bilingual (English/Spanish) ability (preferred)
Valid Texas Drivers’ License and Personal Auto Insurance Policy

Major Duties and Responsibilities: Serves as the lead scheduler for the company and has the autonomy to use their creativity, organizational skills, and independent decision-making ability to accommodate the scheduling needs of each client.
Thoughtfully creates weekly technician schedules and stays abreast of open slots to allow for last-minute new bookings and rescheduled bookings.
Responsible for optimizing the work schedule of all full-time cleaning technicians.
Responsible for scheduling part-time staff according to their work availability and filling in gaps where needed.
Communicates work schedules to all cleaning technicians in a timely manner.
Holds cleaning technicians accountable for following company policies and procedures, including but not limited to requesting time off, calling in absences, or calling in late.
Reschedules client bookings as needed for various circumstances such as, but not limited to, technician absences, holidays, and other staff changes.
Effectively and timely keeps clients informed of last-minute changes in scheduling.
Ensures information in the computer tracking system is updated in a timely manner regarding client preferences, fee changes, reschedulings, etc…
Responsible for notifying clients in a timely manner when technician(s) will be running late.
Keeps owner and administrative assistant informed of opening 24 to 72 hours in advance.
Ensure all scheduled appointments are confirmed.
Follow up with customers by email and by phone.
Serves as a key sales team member and strives to meet a monthly sales quota goal.
Follow up and try to book pending / potential customers who were “undecided” on quoted service estimates.
Ensure estimator paperwork is in the office for scheduling.
Followup on all pending paperwork (estimates, NEDs Etc.)
Record stats in the “BEAT YESTERDAY” book
Ensures work orders are printed, keys are pulled, and document all key assignments.
Develops, coordinates, and oversees the cleaning technicians’ work schedules in a timely manner.
Perform all other duties as assigned.
