Commercial Cleaning Technician in Manhattan
WE DO NOT OFFER FULL TIME POSITIONS. THIS IS A PART TIME JOB (10-20 Hours Per Week)
OUR CURRENT CLEANING ACCOUNTS ARE LOCATED IN MIDTOWN MANHATTAN, THE UPPER EAST SIDE, AND NORTH BROOKLYN. WE DO NOT CURRENTLY HAVE ANY ACCOUNTS IN QUEENS, THE BRONX, OR MIDDLE/SOUTH BROOKLYN

NEW LEVELS CLEANING is looking to hire RELIABLE and EXPERIENCED cleaners to work with our company PART TIME.
This is a PART TIME job for those who would like a second job to supplement their income and make more money.
We clean medical spaces, offices, warehouses, and other high end commercial spaces and are looking for hardworking team players who are looking to add value to our clients.
THIS JOB IS FOR YOU IF:

THIS JOB IS NOT FOR YOU IF:
- You are looking for 40 hours, benefits, and any other perks of a full time job (Due to the nature of the hours and the types of accounts we service, shifts are between 2-5 hours and we cannot offer 8 hour shifts)
- You are going to call out of work
- You think being late is not a big deal
- You are comfortable leaving your team short handed
- You don't like to answer texts or calls
HOURS AND PAY
- Starting wage: $18.50-$19.50 per hour (BONUSES AVAILABLE)
- Pay is every Friday (Weekly) via direct deposit
- You will be assigned to a shift that fits with your schedule
- Shifts are 2-5 hours long (Part Time)

THE JOB DESCRIPTION
- Show up on time and for every shift ready to give 100%
- Sweeping, mopping, disinfecting, trash removal
- Make a difference by keeping workspaces clean and fresh.
- Communicate well using your phone.
REQUIREMENTS
- MUST be RELIABLE, DEPENDABLE, AND ON TIME
- MUST NOT CALL OUT WITHIN THE FIRST 90 DAYS (IF YOU ARE GOING TO CALL OUT OF WORK THIS JOB IS NOT FOR YOU)
- Cleaning experience is required, at least 1 year
- Have a great positive attitude
- Be a team player and get along with others
- Have a reliable and working smart phone to use applications
- Must have knowledge of the NYC subway system
