Field Supervisor/Linen Coordinator -Inspector
Looking for a Detail-Oriented Vacation Rental Pro!
Do you enjoy a clean and organized environment? Are you reliable and efficient with your time? We're seeking a motivated Field Supervisor and Linen Coordinator to join our growing vacation rental cleaning company.
In this role, you'll:
- Support cleaning crews by ensuring they have the necessary supplies for each rental.
- Conduct quality checks on completed cleaning jobs to maintain our high standards.
- Organize linens returning from laundry and prepare them for upcoming cleans (no washing involved!)
- Enjoy a flexible schedule of 3-4 days a week, primarily working independently.
- We're looking for someone to Help Pack bags, Organize the warehouse when clean linens return from laundry, support crews with missing items and Inspect properties
Bonus points if you:
- Have experience in the vacation rental industry.
- Possess basic handyman skills for minor work orders.
What we need:
- Strong organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
- The ability to manage your time effectively and work independently.
- Reliable transportation and a clean driving record.
- Ability to pass a background check.
