We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Commercial Cleaner to join our team. The Commercial Cleaner will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness, sanitation, and presentation standards in commercial facilities such as offices, schools, dealerships, and other business environments. This role ensures that all assigned areas are clean, safe, and welcoming for staff, clients, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform general cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and disinfecting surfaces.

• Empty trash and recycling bins, replacing liners as needed.

• Clean and sanitize restrooms, kitchens, breakrooms, and high-touch surfaces.

• Wash windows, glass surfaces, and mirrors as assigned.

• Restock supplies such as soap, paper towels, and toilet tissue.

• Maintain cleaning equipment and report any repairs or supply needs.

• Follow safety protocols and use cleaning chemicals properly.

• Ensure assigned areas are cleaned to company and client standards.

• Secure buildings after hours by locking doors and setting alarms when required.

• Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to the supervisor.

Qualifications

• Previous cleaning or janitorial experience preferred but not required (training provided).

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

• Attention to detail and commitment to high standards of cleanliness.

• Reliable, punctual, and professional.

• Physically able to stand, bend, lift (up to 25 lbs), and perform repetitive tasks.

• Knowledge of cleaning products and safe handling practices is a plus.
