We are hiring House Cleaning Technicians, House Cleaners, and Housekeepers.

Job Responsibilities:

• Cleaning, vacuuming, washing, dusting, mopping, and sanitizing all areas and surfaces in clients' homes, apartments, and small offices in Fairhope.

• Driving around: South: Fairhope, Baldwing County North: Daphne, Spanish Fort. East: Silverhill, Loxley and surroundings.

Requirements:

✅ Must live in Baldwin County or surrounding areas
✅ Reliable vehicle & valid driver’s license 🚗
✅ Smartphone with texting capabilities 📱
✅ Ability to pass a criminal background check
✅ Strong work ethic & reliability—we need people who show up on time!
✅ Must be physically capable of tasks like bending, kneeling, lifting, pushing & pulling

Job Details:

📌 Job Types: Full-time | Part-time | Contract | Commission
📌 Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
📌 Pay: $600 - $1200 per week (or more!)
📌 Extra Pay: Bonuses & tips

Do I Work Alone or on a Team?

🧼 Most cleaning jobs are done individually.
🚗 For larger jobs, you will be assigned to a team. You must have your own car to transport supplies and travel to job sites.

📍 Teams are dispatched directly from your home to the customer’s location.
