Life-friendly schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30/9am-3:30ish
25-30 hours/week
No nights or weekends!
Must have your own reliable vehicle and a valid drivers license. Must
pass a thorough background check and provide references as to your
recent work history.

We are seeking a Cleaner to join our dynamic team at Flower City
Cleaning. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining
cleanliness and sanitation in various settings, contributing to our
mission of delivering exceptional cleaning services to our valued
clients.
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces according to established standards.
- Manage housekeeping tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and restroom maintenance.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs and concerns promptly.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages or needs to management.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols while using cleaning products and equipment.
Requirements
- Proven experience in commercial or residential cleaning preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
- Good communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Familiarity with custodial equipment and cleaning supplies is a plus.
