As a Commercial Cleaning Tech, you would be responsible for maintaining your assigned facility.
- Ensure all items listed on the cleaning checklist are completed to Bluebird Standards
- Communicate with your account supervisor or manager about any supplies needed
- Accurately punch in and punch out of the Service Autopilot app installed on your phone
- Develop positive working relationships with the operations team and team members

About Bluebird Cleaning
Bluebird Cleaning was founded by Jacki and Adam Duram in June 2022. Bluebird Cleaning provides cleaning and janitorial services for homes and commercial spaces in Kent, Montcalm and Ionia Counties in Michigan. We are locally owned and operated and based out of Greenville, MI.

Commercial Cleaning Technician Role and Responsibilities
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Follow safety rules 100% of the time
- Contributes to a safe work environment by following housekeeping guidelines
- Maintains good attendance each week
- Maintains a consistent schedule each month
- Follows instructions and works to meet daily job assignments.
- Take the proper quality control by using quality checklists and pictures of tasks
- Strictly follow the instructions during operations, as well as maintenance of the equipment (I.e vacuums, mops)
- Maintains a productive working environment through communication and teamwork
- Other duties as assigned or designated
Skills and Experience
- High School Diploma or GED
- A strong work ethic and desire to complete tasks
- Ability to read and understand written documents and complete all required paperwork in a timely and efficient manner.
- Ability to read and understand cleaning product labels and what their designated uses are for and not for
Organizational Culture
- Work safely and follow rules and guidelines for safe work
- Reporting to work on time and with a positive attitude
- Responsible for staying focused on tasks at hand
- Being responsible for work performance and completing tasks throughout the day
