Hiring Part-Time Office Maintenance in ABQ $13+/hour
Hey everyone! We’re seeking a motivated individual to help our amazing cleaning team with maintenance tasks around our office.

We pay hourly starting at $13.00/hour depending on experience and also pay bonuses (bonus can raise your pay to $17.50) and tips.
The longer you work with our company, the higher your base pay and bonus will increase.
We offer a $250 Hiring Bonus for all new employees.
We offer paid holidays and sick leave.

Responsibilities include:
- Wash, fold, and dry team totes
- Wash, dry, and vacuum fleet vehicles.
- Tune-ups and repairs for vacuums as needed
- Washer and Dryer maintenance.
- Tracking inventory and supplies and reordering when needed.
- Recycling boxes and dropping them off at a nearby facility.
- Maintain the exterior of the property by picking up trash, pulling weeds, etc.
