Janitorial Service Technician:
We are looking to employ a dedicated and hard-working Janitorial technician to service office buildings. The technician’s responsibilities include cleaning , disinfecting , and dusting . You should also ensure that the company vehicle is clean and well-maintained.
To be successful as a Janitorial Technician you should be knowledgeable of Janitorial services and have a good sense of balance. Ultimately, an outstanding Janitorial technician should be able to safely operate floor cleaning equipment as well as demonstrate excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Technician Responsibilities:
- Execute various cleaning duties such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing surfaces.
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, kitchens, and other common areas.
- Dispose of waste and recyclables according to company policies and environmental regulations.
- Replace trash liners and ensure proper labeling of waste bins.
- Use appropriate cleaning agents to disinfect surfaces and prevent the spread of germs.
- Pay special attention to high-touch areas such as doorknobs, light switches, and countertops.
- Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies, toiletries, and other consumables.
- Inform the supervisor when inventory is low to ensure timely restocking.
- Maintain and clean cleaning equipment, such as vacuum cleaners and floor scrubbers.
- Report any malfunctioning equipment to the maintenance department.
- Adhere to safety guidelines and use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
- Report any safety hazards or concerns to the supervisor.
- Efficiently manage time to complete assigned cleaning tasks within designated timeframes.
- Prioritize tasks based on urgency and importance.
- Follow established cleaning protocols and procedures.

Requirements:
- Over 21 years
- Free of drugs and serious crimes.
- Authorized to work in the US (Citizenship, residency, work permit).
- You must own a vehicle and a smartphone.
- Current car insurance and driver's license.
- Verifiable work history + references, preferably more than 1 year.
- Excellent work attitude!

Technician Requirements:

- Valid driver's license.
- Proven experience.
