2 of our most reliable crews are moving at the end of the month, and we need to replace the openings they leave behind.
This is a 1099 contractor role—you’ll be paid per job, with weekly direct deposit every Friday.

What We Offer:

Pay per job (rates based on property size, beds, etc.) - (Pay range on the form is an estimate and can vary)

Linens & amenities provided by us

Laundry handled by us (occasional beach towel washing at the property may be asked, nothing else)

Scheduling & host communication managed by our team

Storage facility in Miramar Beach for supplies
Requirements:
-
3+ years of professional cleaning experience with your own basic supplies
-
Reliable vehicle & valid driver’s license
-
Able to pass a standard background check - No Felonies allowed

Smartphone with ability to use scheduling/photo apps (Resort Cleaning, Slack-we'll help set these up)

Must live within 40 minutes of Destin/Miramar Beach

SSN or EIN required for direct deposit

Dependable, detail-oriented, and eager to work
Ideal Candidate:

Already working in vacation rental or hotel cleaning and looking for more jobs or better pay

Reliable, detail-oriented, used to fast-paced turnovers

Works well independently and communicates quickly

Teams of 2+ are welcome (you + a partner)
