Responsibilities:
- Vacuuming and mopping floors and stairs
- Cleaning restrooms
- Emptying all trash cans and replacing liners
- Dusting and cleaning office desks and furniture

Requirements:
- Physically able to lift 30 lbs., bend, stand, kneel, push, pull, and perform cleaning duties

- Have a valid driver’s license, your own reliable vehicle, and insurance
- Must be available to work nights and weekends
Job Description & Schedule:
- Weeknight jobs are cleaned between 5:00 pm - 11:30 pm, Monday – Friday
- Weekend jobs are cleaned between 6:00 am - 11:30 pm, Saturday - Sunday
- We typically start trainees with a part-time schedule of 10 - 20 hours per week, with the potential to build up to a full-time schedule within 90 days.
- We leverage cutting-edge software to streamline your workflow, enabling you to conveniently clock in and out, access comprehensive job details, review cleaning instructions, and efficiently navigate between multiple locations- all form your smartphone. Our clientele ranges from small office spaces that can be cleaned within an hour to larger facilities necessitating longer shifts multiple times a week. As a result, your schedule may involve evenings and weekends where you'll visit 3 to 5 locations for quick cleanings, or alternatively, focus on a single location for extended periods.
Compensation:
- Commercial Cleaning Professionals: $16 - $18/hour
- Supervisors: $19 - $20/hour
- Training wage: $16/hour
- Wage increase after training:
- 30-day review: $17/hour
- 90-day review: $18/hour
