We are seeking a dedicated, reliable and consistent cleaner to join our family in 2025!
30-36 Hours per week:
- Monday-Saturday: 6am-11am (Til job complete)
- Pay Rate: $18-20 per hour
- Paid sick time
- Eligible for vacation time after 1 year
Bluebird Cleaning is seeking a reliable and friendly candidate to join our team as a day porter for a manufacturing facility in Greenville, MI
As a Day Porter for this facility you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and sanitary conditions for the facility you service. Day Porter responsibilities can vary from other cleaning positions. You will be required to clean from a checklist and complete all assigned tasks as well as any additional tasks that may arise during your shift.
Bluebird Cleaning is a small business servicing Commercial facilities and homes in Greenville, MI and greater Grand Rapids. We take pride in holding ourselves to higher standard than our competition and hire based on our core values. Honesty, Integrity and Compassion.
The right candidate for this position will be friendly, professional and while also being able to work in hot environments, deal with messes and varying job demands while completing the job in a reasonable timeframe.

Responsibilities:
This is a solo cleaning position.
- Vacuuming
- Mopping
- Dusting
- Cleaning restrooms
- Removing trash
- Operating a floor scrubber or similar floor cleaning equipment
- As well as other cleaning tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- Great attendance!
- Reliable transportation.
- Ability to pass a background check
- 18 years of age or older with valid Drivers License
- Ability to work efficiently while upholding company’s quality standards
- Maintain effective communication with supervisors/managers and other team members.
- PPE is required including safety toe shoes or boots (not provided) protective eye ware and other required PPE will be provided
