TITLE: Administrative Assistant
RESPONSIBLE TO: Owner
SUPERVISES: Cleaning Techs
Purpose of Position: To provide office support to the technicians and office staff, plan and execute functions, order supplies and maintain supplies
Duties & Responsibilities:
Answer phones
Check technicians in / out
Assist technicians (mapping, questions, check in / out)
Direct calls to appropriate staff, take messages
Assist with over follow up sales calls, follow up calls, answer eQuotes
Create all packets in advance, maintain an inventory
Print forms, letters, etc.
Maintain and order office supplies
Maintain and order equipment & cleaning supplies
Mix cleaning solutions, refill jugs, refill tool shelves
Order & create technician kits
Create gift card sets, gift sets
Send birthday cards, sympathy, other correspondence
Maintain birthday schedule, gifts, recognition
Check vacuums, clean, replace bags, maintain
Empty train, keep office neat, organized
Keep kitchen and bathroom clean, stocked
Manage uniform inventory list
Maintain records and monthly stats (sales, cancellations)
Carefully monitors customer service and satisfaction, addresses serious complaints, online reviews, in-home accidents (consults President as needed
Track start and end times for employees and log into computer daily
Go with cleaning team for all redos
Log weekly client numbers including cancels by team and reason
File paperwork
Run errands
Results Expected:

Minimum Qualifications: 2 years customer service experience, some computer skills, database use, email, articulate, friendly, quality voice
