House Cleaning Technician PT | Gaining More Hours Until FT in December 2024 (for Qualified Techs) | $500 Bonus After 5 Months
We are searching for a skilled and/or trainable, diligent house cleaner who takes pride in their work and has a great attitude. The house cleaning tech will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining households and their surroundings. Your responsibilities will include washing, dusting, wiping, mopping, vacuuming, scrubbing, and sanitizing surfaces. You will also be making beds. Sometimes you'll be working in teams and need to be a team player. Attention to detail is key. Developing strong relationships with all clients is key. Additionally, we are looking for a cleaning tech who would likely become one of our trainers down the road, learn the Trainer job in 5 days of video training spoken in English.
Your responsibilities boil down to consistently providing:
1) Great attendance
2) Awesome & timely house cleaning
3) Awesome customer service
4) Great teamwork
5) Great attitude
We use pay for performance to pay you. This means that our awesome cleaning techs (those who meet the five responsibilities above), get to choose how many hours they work. If you qualify to work more than 35 hours per week, you will make $22 per job ticket hour. Pay will all be clarified when starting.
Down the road I will train & hire another trainer, so there is room for advancement.
